Shipping Costs

We have partnered up with UPS, USPS and DHL to offer the least expensive rates around and fastest delivery times. Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method chosen.

International orders may be subject to customs charges.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you’re unhappy with your order, then we can exchange it for any item that best suits your pup!

Or if you prefer, we can also offer a full refund for returns initiated within 60 days.
