All orders are slated to ship from our warehouse within 5 business days of being ordered. We strive to ship out our orders as fast as possible, although due high demand at times, it is possible for your order to take up to 9 business days to ship out. Global Shipping Available. International orders may be subject to customs charges.
If for any reason you`d like to return your unused item, simply email us, and we'll be happy to assist you with a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with our return policy. Please note: we are unable to cover the shipping costs from your location to ours for any exchanges or returns, and we are not able to offer refunds of the original shipping cost for returns. But we do offer completely free shipping back to you for exchanges!
Return Deadline: Returns must be received by Pack Leashes within 30 days of the original delivery date. Customers are responsible for allowing enough transit time for their return to arrive before the deadline. Returns received after the 30-day return window are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
