I ordered The Nantucket collar and bow tie for my 13-year-old jack russel mix, Hess, and I couldn't be happier with the quality. The fabric is beautiful and feels really well made — this isn't your average pet store collar. The bow tie slides on easily but stays put all day thanks to the elastic bands, so no constant readjusting. It fits him like it was made for him and honestly suits his whole personality perfectly.

I used to order matching sets from Pack Leashes for my dogs and always had good experiences, which is why I referred my sister to them. Unfortunately, both of her orders had issues, including sizing errors made by the company. Customer service was extremely disappointing; Jessica was rude and blamed my sister for a mistake that wasn’t hers. When my sister asked to speak with a manager, Jessica stopped responding. If she is the manager, she seriously needs to work on her attitude and treat customers with more respect.
For a company that promotes “100% satisfaction,” the experience did not reflect that at all. After two bad experiences in a row, my sister is done ordering from them, and sadly we can no longer recommend this company.
