I used to order matching sets from Pack Leashes for my dogs and always had good experiences, which is why I referred my sister to them. Unfortunately, both of her orders had issues, including sizing errors made by the company. Customer service was extremely disappointing; Jessica was rude and blamed my sister for a mistake that wasn’t hers. When my sister asked to speak with a manager, Jessica stopped responding. If she is the manager, she seriously needs to work on her attitude and treat customers with more respect.
For a company that promotes “100% satisfaction,” the experience did not reflect that at all. After two bad experiences in a row, my sister is done ordering from them, and sadly we can no longer recommend this company.
